CRISIS TEXT LINE is a free, 24/7 support for people in crisis. Text HELLO to 741741 from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Crisis Text Line is powered by over 3,800 volunteer Crisis Counselors who work remotely. Apply to be a volunteer.
TEEN LINE ONLINE – Do you want to talk to someone who understands, like another teen? Call – 1-800-843-5200 or text TEEN to 839863 (between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm). Get info on a variety of teen issues or visit the teen message board.

S.A.F.E. Alternatives
Self-injury is known by many names, including self-abuse, cutting, self-mutilation, or deliberate self-harm. S.A.F.E. Alternatives is a nationally recognized group that provides counseling, treatment referrals, and resources if you need help. This toll-free 800 number is an information line, but hotline information is available on the S.A.F.E. website.
