Perfectionism is a funny thing. We naturally crave it—more, better, faster—even though it’s unattainable and bad for our mental, physical, and emotional health.
The stories below touch on the ideas of pressure posted by your peers. If you see something you relate to and want to join the conversation, make sure to comment, ask questions, or create a video of your own!
WE WANT TO HEAR YOUR STORY
Here’s how our video project works: Somebody shares a video about their life and inspires others to tell THEIR stories. Everyone’s story is their own, but our goal is to share enough of them so that no matter who you are, you will find something to relate to and be inspired to join the Strength in Numbers movement. We would love to hear your story! Upload your story and we can edit it on our end. Once it is edited, we can send it back to be previewed if desired.

HOW TO UPLOAD A VIDEO
Please share about what you are experiencing. We want to know the challenges you face and what it's
like to be you. Do you have any tips for others who might feel the same as you do?
If you have any tips on how you handle the pressure, feel free to share those tips to help others who
may be suffering from the same pressures.
Film yourself using your phone or laptop. A horizontal landscape is best, but not necessary.
Avoid using swear words or other inappropriate language.
We recommend to film for up to 2-3 minutes. Once the video is submitted, we will review it and edit
it. There is no need to be perfect and don’t worry about any mess ups. We got you!
Once you submit the video and we are done editing, we will send you a copy for you to approve.
